- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terribly run office. While Dr Tham and Sophia are both knowledgeable and do actually care, both have made mistakes in prescription dosage - and have refused to acknowledge it or apologize. A few staff members there are consistently good, but overall there is an extremely high turnover rate, & many of the employees seem to not care about patients at all. Urgent phone calls go unreturned, I've been placed on hold for unreasonably long times (once over an hour). The P.a.s - whom you are forced to see because it's impossible to get in with Tham in less than 6 weeks - are straight up incompetent, unable to even do simple math to write correct prescriptions.
