Customer Reviews about Maryland Brain, Spine and Pain
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After nine spinal surgeries and no positive results I started to lose hope. My orthopedic surgeon thought I had a neurological disorder so he sent me to Dr. Dix (also known as a gentle giant). When entering his office I was riddled with nerve pain, couldn’t sleep, was walking with a cane at the age of 40 and hopeless. However, after my consultation with Dr. Dix I had a glimmer of hope leaving his office that day. He said to me, “I’m 99% sure what’s wrong with you and this is what we need to do”. I followed his treatment plan and happy to say I’m pain free. The Sacroiliac fusion has changed my life! I woke up with no nerve pain and continue to be pain free. I’m back to work as a therapeutic massage therapist, which many health professionals told me I’d probably never be able to do again. So, if you are feeling hopeless, experiencing low back/gluteal pain, unilateral nerve pain above the knee and struggling to get by. STOP searching for answers because Dr. Dix is your answer! He is a true healer!May 29, 2017by Cheryl Pace
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I must say, I had a SI joint fusion and not even 2 weeks out I am feeling 100% better. The staff is awesome and once you negotiate the insurance hurdles this was a wonderful experience. The success rate of Dr Dix is like 97% with this procedure and i can tell you from my experience it is well worth the surgery to get it done. I'm 40 so my bounce back may be quicker than some but i can't stress enough how much better I feel. This was last ditch effort to get my pain levels under control before I have my full hip replacement, so i believe I can now put that procedure off for many years now. Time will tell but I am confident that I will at least be in my 50s before I go under the knife again.December 24, 2016by roger k.
