- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Ref Dr. S. Jacobs In my opinion, she may be a capable physician but she has no professionalism, patient care or compassion and certainly cannot take constructive criticism. She has a short fuse and cannot admit when she is wrong. She blatantly refused to admit that she left my husband sitting in the surgical waiting room without talking to him after conducting a outpatient cardiac procedure on me. When I approached her about what I thought were inappropriate actions by her and her staff during a previous office visit she became defensive...she reacted in such a childish way I expected her to put her fingers in her ears and say LA-LA-LA at any moment. She was out of control and had to excuse herself. Her answer to the discussion was she could not be my physician anymore, not complete my exam and storm out of the room. In the past year she has conducted every known expensive test, needed or not needed and I believe I may have been charged for physicians visits even when I never saw a physician...now she does not want to be my physician anymore. No more tests to run and charge for I guess. BEWARE she advised me in her fit of anger that the practice is a specialty practice and she does not have time to care about her patients as a whole person. You can definitely find better cardiac care in the Annapolis area. Do not waste your money or your time going to an office in my opinion where at least one physician only cares about your heart beating...not the quality of life that the heart supports. Cardiology Associates is a RIPOFF..in my opinion. Every person deserves a physician capable of at least pretending to care about the patient. Cardiology Associates claim of compassionate care is questionable....at least for Dr. Stephanie Jacobs. This is my opinion of the service I received from Dr. Jacobs.July 31, 2017by A Google User
